~The Story of how a feminine of the human race formed a strong bond with a Digimon who sought to survive in the Harsh World of the Digital World
Her heart pounded quickly as the rain pattered at an uneven rhythm as the female human continued to run from her pursuers in the darkness of the night. Exhausted and near the point of collapsing, the human sought a safe place where she could hide, yet unfortunately due to her bad luck on desperate situations, she found herself in a dark alley where there was a dead end. She kicked the dumpster to the side, trying to hinder the way of her pursuers who were dead close and incoming at an alarming rate.
Through all the ruckus, the female named Lisa attempted to climb up the huge gate, but failed miserably as the water made her grasp on the bars slippery. The pursuers were right under her cursing and threatening her with swear words and more, but she continued trying to climb and endure all the pain. The group of seven below slammed the gate, trying to make her fall off, and the female human released a gasp of pain and fear. They pounded in unison again, and the gate along with the female began to fall. She loosened her grasp and tried to endure the pain she had from the fall. The female could hear the screech of a knife unsheathed, and she quickly got up and tried to run. But there was only nowhere to run, and she only was able to back further away in the alley until she found herself stopped by a brick wall. This was the end. She panted, and gave a prayer to God or any other deities for help in this desperate moment. And there, drenched in the freezing water, and filled with a fright of death, the nothingness consumed her, and she found herself about a day later on an unknown area. First, she heard the roar of the waves clashing against the rocks, and far-off, she heard the roar of a creature she wasn't familiar with. Only later would she realize it was the roar of Monochromon, fighting each other over territory. The feminine named Lisa pushed herself up from the sand and tried to wipe off any of the grains that was on her clothes or hands.
"Is this heaven?" she said in awe of the beautiful scensery and and sea-scented air. She would get no reply, and instinct would make her carry on and search for the roar she heard previously. Giving up later on because the bushes and thorns of the area kept pricking her, she laid down to rest in a cave that she had found. In the morning, she awoke, rubbed the sleep from her eyes away, and shielded her eyes from the greeting rays of light.
Lying against the wall of the cavern, she heard a shriek on the shores of the beach, where she first lay in this strange "heaven". Rushing off to the source, she found a massive yellow bird of destruction. The sight of it was horrifyingly... CUTE. (Just kidding.) The bird and these two brown "substances" were bullying what seemed to be a small, purple creature. "For heaven... this isn't a very quiet, peachful place..." She said aloud. The three creatures had ganged up and began hitting the smaller loner dino that was severely injured.
Realizing how she couldn't just stand there watching the whole incident, she got involved in the battle. She launched herself in front of the big yellow bird's next hurl at the poor purple creature. The heavy birdy called Chicchimon made her fall back surprisingly.
"Get out of here! This is none of your business!" The bird told her, somewhat dazed at finding this strange other creature intervening in the battle.
"Don't tell me what to do .... you THING!" Lisa said in surprise at her own behavior, but more surprised at the talking creature that attacked her.
"You shouldn't have gotten involved..." the purple creature said sadly. It struggled desperately to get up and managed to smile at her. "I'm Dorimon." A shining light engulfed the human and in her hands came a strange device that she felt had a belonging to her. "You are my partner." he declared.
Then becoming serious, the digimon had a renewed strength.
"Wait a second... Partners? What in the world are you talking about? Or rather... what in the heavens are you talking about?" Lisa shouted confused.
"Silly tamer... this isn't heaven... At least not yet. You are in the Digital World." the Dorimon managed to smirk at her and then hurled itself at the bird who fainted at the powerful impact.
"Woah. You took down the bird..." Lisa said in awe, jaw-dropped.
"Yea, I did. And I did it to protect ..." then the Dorimon leapt in front of the Kokomon that had started spitting bubbles at her. The bubble popped and left Dorimon injured once again, and yet again, it struggled against fate to stand up. "I did it... to protect... YOU!" then the Dorimon charged at the Kokomon rather foolishly and bit the weird-looking thing.
"What type of monsters try to kill each other? And battle till the death?!" Lisa said in shock of the battle and pain that she saw before her.
"We are Digimon. And only the strong can seek to survive." Dorimon said. With a final tackle, it knocked out the second Kokomon, and all three evaporated into data bits that soared up to the heavens. Suddenly, the Dorimon collasped in exhaustion. Lisa rushed forward and held the purple, injured creatures in her hands. It managed to open its mouth to speak few words. "You are my partner. And I hope, you can be the one ... to help me... destroy the darkness... and save us all..." Its words were nothing but a this whisper that was barely heard over the gust of wind that smelt of nothing but the mere fact of darkness, chaos, and the greed of power.
"I will be your partner. And I will help you destroy the darkness." the female human said, her eyes blurred with the tears of empathy for the digimon that had endured so much in the cruel world of nature where only the strong survived. The burning tears rolled down her cheeks and sought to their original place where they seeped into the depths of the earth. With these words, she put the truth, and her deep emotions swept over her just as how the tsunami swept over Japan. She carried the digimon that spoke no more into the cavern where she had slept previously. And there, on the wall of the cavern, she engraved for eternity, her vow to help destroy the darkness and save the dreaded world full of corruptness from the darkness.
Grasping the device that she had received during the battle called a Digivice, she began her journey to save the Digital World from its destruction.
